How to use Time Duration Calculator
Option 1: Calculate the duration between two dates
Step 1: Select the Duration tab.
Step 2: Enter your Start date and time.
Step 3: Enter your End date and time.
Step 4: Check Include time if you want to calculate hours, minutes, and seconds.
Step 5: Check Include end date in count if the final day should be included in the total.
Step 6: Select your preferred units under SHOW RESULTS IN (e.g., Days, Hours, etc.).
Step 7: Click Calculate Duration.
Option 2: Calculate working time
Step 1: Select the Business Days tab.
Step 2: Input your Start Date and End Date.
Step 3: Click to select the days of the week considered WORKING DAYS (e.g., Mon–Fri).
Step 4: Enter your daily business hours in the WORK STARTS and WORK ENDS fields.
Step 5: Click Calculate Business Days.
Option 3: Find a future or past date
Step 1: Select the Add / Subtract tab.
Step 2: Enter your STARTING DATE & TIME.
Step 3: Select either the Add or Subtract radio button.
Step 4: Input the number of Years, Months, Weeks, Days, Hours, Minutes, or Seconds you wish to adjust.
Step 5: Click Calculate Result Date.
